Orlando Motorsports Services Poised for Sebring Debut with Teo and Longhi

As the Pirelli GT4 America professional sports car racing series prepares for Rounds 3 and 4 of the 2024 championship, Orlando Motorsports Services (OMS) is poised and ready to make their series debut this weekend at Sebring International Raceway. The new team’s limited season will kick off in this weekend’s pair of 60-minute races, with the No. 80 McLaren Artura GT4, driven by Kaia Teo and Nick Longhi.

Known for its varying surface types and notoriously bumpy surface, Sebring International Raceway will be the perfect battleground for the team’s debut. Built on the runways of Hendricks Army Airfield, the fan and racer-favorite road course has been hosting sports car races since the 1950s.

“Sebring is one of my favorite tracks and it has so much history,” said Teo. “I've raced here in both Miatas and GT4 I and am so excited to be back in the #80 McLaren Artura. We showed some potential during the races last year so I'm excited to see what we can do this weekend!"

Twenty-nine entries are slated to compete in the event, with the OMS entry being one of 12 in the Am class. Activities will begin with unofficial testing on Thursday, May 2 before official practice sessions begin the following day. Both Teo and Longhi will have a chance to qualify for the pair of races, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

“I’m super grateful for the efforts put in by our partners Renzo Gracie Fort Lee, McLaren Orlando, and Ottomanellis Sporting Arms to give us this opportunity,” said Longhi. “The outings we had with McLaren last season were primarily defined by mayhem in the races, so hoping for some clean running above all at Sebring. Personally, I’m just very happy to be part of this effort with such great people.”

Always delivering exciting racing, the GT4 America races are sure to be crowd-pleasers. With a fun mixture of amateur and professional racers sharing the track, the level of competition showcases the variety of skill and finesse in every lap of the 60-minute races.
